Analytical Results

Samples collected throughout the remediation work have been sent to accredited laboratories for analysis.  Results of these analyses are compared to screening levels provided by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC), or another regulatory agency if MOECC criteria do not exist for the specific sample type.  Analytical results are shared with regulatory agencies including the MOECC, Environment Canada, Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and the Sudbury & District Health Unit.

Any questions for the MOECC can be directed to Provincial Officer George Lajeunesse at 705-235-1504 during normal working hours.  Mr. Lajeunesse is the lead environmental officer on the file.
